We've launched the online customer portal!

Your account has been created, ready for you to set your password.

How to set your password

  1. Visit the online customer portal and select 'forgot password'.
  2. Input your e-mail address and select 'submit'.
  3. You will be sent an e-mail titled 'reset password' with a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the link within the e-mail and create your password. This will be your password for all future logins to the online customer portal.

Once you have set your password, you can log in to the online customer portal to:

  • check your class time;
  • transfer to a new class time*;
  • update your contact and account details;
  • online assessments - check your progression reports;
  • register your absence and book make-lessons* (see our make-up lessons policy for inclusions and exclusions).

*Gym Basics, Gym Fun, Gym4All, Gym Skills and pre-school programs only.

You can access the online customer portal via the my account page of our website at any time.

Please be aware

Moonee Valley YMCA Gymnastics Club will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no hidden fees for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 9 February 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
