As a long established gymnastics club we provide classes to many schools throughout the local area. From secondary schools to primary, kindergartens, private, public and special education schools, we are able to provide a program which caters for your centre’s needs.
Our program aims to provide a service that caters for children of all ages and abilities giving them the opportunity to have a thrilling experience unique to any other. The staff are qualified professionals with a dedication to the children they have in their care. Providing them with gymnastics based games and activities through structured rotations where children can begin to learn the basic shapes, landings and skills involved in gymnastics. All classes are run by coaches who have gymnastics coaching certificates, Safeguarding Children and Young People certificate and senior first aid qualifications.
We offer weekly, fortnightly or one off classes for kinder and schools. Our classes start with a dynamic warm up to get the blood pumping, and release some energy. This is followed by a quick stretch to limber up all those muscles before putting them to use on the equipment. Coaches will then outline the activities for the session, allowing roughly 45 minutes for the children to work on their gymnastics skills in the gymnasium. Classes are structured in groups of 10 to allow all students ample time to learn new skills on all the different equipment in the gymnasium.
