    Celebrate with a gymnastics birthday party! Perfect for energetic children, teens, and adults. Our gymnastics parties are fun-filled sessions of structured gymnastics activities designed for all abilities, including group games, obstacle courses, circuits on equipment, trampoline fun, and supervised play. Moonee Valley Gymnastics is an ideal venue for birthday parties, providing entertaining, and fitness-related activities and also enabling you to manage your own party food catering budget.

    Party format

    • 90 minutes in total:      
      • 50 minutes: gymnastics activities with gymnastics coach;
      • 20 minutes: food and drink break;
      • 20 minutes: free play supervised by coach.

    Pricing

    • 1 to 15 people $300.00
    • 16 to 25 people $440.00
    • 26 to 32 people $600.00
    • Additional people (after limit) $25.00 per person.
    • Party length: 90 minutes
    • Price includes 50 minutes’ activities, 20 minutes’ food and 20 minutes free play

    Saturdays:

    • 1:15pm to 2:45pm

    Sundays:

    • 10:00am to 11:30am
    • 11:45am to 1:15pm
    • 1:30pm tp 3:00pm

    Additional details

    Setup

    • Families are welcome to decorate the tables area from 15 minutes prior to their party start time. 

    Food

    • Moonee Valley Gymnastics Centre will provide tables and chairs. We will not provide any food.
    • All food is to be provided by the host family. Families will have access to a fridge and freezer for the duration of the party.
    • No food or drink is to be taken onto the gymnastics floor area. Water in water bottles is allowed.
    • If serving food ensure to bring plates, cutlery, table cloths and serviettes.
    • No alcohol is permitted on site. 

    Pack up

    • Families are required to remove all decorations, food and debris from the party area.
    • Coaches are responsible for resetting the gymnastics equipment, tables and chairs.
    • Any damage to YMCA equipment must be reported to staff immediately.

    Invitations

    • Moonee Valley Gymnastics centre will provide invitations.
    • You are welcome to use your own. If you choose to use your own, please communicate the below to families attending:
      • bring a drink bottle;
      • wear clothes that you can easily move around in (avoid jeans, dresses and skirts);
      • wear shoes that can easily be taken off as you will be barefoot in the gymnastics hall;
      • parent assistance may be required for younger children;
      • please ensure you are following all COVID-19 rules and guidelines. 

    Photos

    • Parents are allowed to take photos as it is a private event. Please ensure you have permission from families and staff before taking any photos.

    Siblings

    • Only party participants are allowed to play on the gymnastics equipment.
    • Any other participants on the day will be added to the party numbers. 

    Medical conditions

    • Please advise your party host of any medical conditions for the safety of the guests and staff.
    • Terms and conditions
      • Confirmation of numbers are required seven days prior to the party.
      • Fees and charges:
      • Payment is to be made online through the booking portal. Note that there is a $50.00 non-refundable charge to all bookings.
      • Children in addition to the confirmed amount will incur a $25.00 fee per child on the day.
      • Parties cancelled with less than 14 days' notice will incur the full booking fee.
      • Additional charges will be incurred for parties that stay within the building 15 minutes after the party has finished.

    How to book

    Booking in for a birthday party is like purchasing a product

    1. Click on the 'Book your party' button
    2. Scroll to the date you want the party for
    3. Click on the time
    4. Then click 'next'
    5. Add to cart (selecting the option for how many children you will be inviting)
    6. Enter your email and other details and proceed to checkout

    *It will require you to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit regardless of the size party you are having. (if your number of children attending changes, please let us know and we can fix the total pricing point).
