Our casual gymnastics classes for adults are a great way to learn in a fun and supportive environment.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or current or ex-gymnast, we provide a fun, safe, supportive and challenging environment for you to learn gymnastics and practise your skills.
Our gymnastics facility is fully equipped with balance beams, climbing ropes, parallel bars, rings, a sprung floor, trampolines, uneven bars and more.

- Age: 18 plus years
- Experience: Not needed
- Class times: Mondays 8:00pm - 9:00pm,Tuesdays and Friday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

How to book adult gymnastics
- Create an account or log in.
- If you need to create an account click ‘Join or book now!’
- Select ‘Casual Gymnastics’ then ‘Next’
- Select ‘Casual Bookings’
- Select if you want to pay for one class or 10 then ‘Next’
- Fill in your details and select 'Next' to create an account and pay for your class.
- Once you are logged in, click ‘Book’.
- Click through to the Tuesday you would like to book for and click ‘Book now '.
- If you haven’t paid for your class pass yet or have run out of passes, select which option (the one pack or 10 pack) you would like to choose.
- Create an account or log in.

Cancellation policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the class. Late cancellations receive a partial refund. Refunds are not available for no shows.
