Fusion FX is a dance gymnastics program that blends gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and performance.
Designed by Gymnastics Victoria, Fusion FX offers an engaging and creative experience for athletes and those who love to dance.
When you join the Fusion FX program at Moonee Valley YMCA, you'll be joining a skilled dance gymnastics team who practise and perform together. As it's a dance team, spots are limited.

Who can join?
This class is perfect for gymnasts looking for a challenge who also love to dance.
Participants must have the following skills:
- Cartwheels and round-offs
- Front and back walkovers
- Forward and backward rolls
- Basic flexibility and strength to support performance-based routines

Class duration: Two hours
Current schedule:
- Monday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm (waitlist available)
- Thursday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Competition and costs
Fusion FX athletes participate in one paid competition annually. The competition is typically held at the Victorian Gymnastics State Championships in October.
- Competition fees: Range from $90 to $120.
- Uniforms: No additional costs (competition entry fees cover uniforms).
